This year, in celebration of the bicentennial of the state of Maine, we brewed a special IPA using Maine-grown hops, and 100% Maine-grown grains.

flavor profile: Upfront citrus (orange,lemon) and floral (rose) followed by aromas of bubblegum and underlying notes of pine and bread

Hops: Centennial, cascade

Malt: Maine Malt House mapleton pale malt, Blue Ox Pale Malt, blue ox dark munich malt, blue ox vienna malt, Blue Ox Wheat Malt
